We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive with solid experience in manpower rental services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth market insights, an extensive client network, and proven success in securing manpower supply contracts across various industries including construction, oil and gas, logistics, and industrial services.

Key Responsibilities

The primary role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in manpower rental and contract staffing sectors. The candidate will engage potential clients and build lasting relationships with procurement, HR, project managers, and operations teams to understand their workforce requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Targeting and securing clients from sectors such as construction, oil & gas, logistics, facility management, and industrial services.
• Preparing detailed quotations, proposals, and manpower supply agreements tailored to client needs.
• Negotiating competitive rates, contract terms, and payment conditions to close deals effectively.
• Collaborating closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient manpower deployment.
• Consistently achieving monthly sales targets and business development goals.

Required Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in manpower rental, outsourcing, or contract staffing within Saudi Arabia, backed by a strong network and client base in the market. Expertise in manpower categories, pricing strategies, mobilization logistics, and client requirements is essential.

Key skills include:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong track record of closing manpower supply contracts.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
