Job Overview

We are urgently seeking experienced Saudi CRO (Control Room Operator) and Field Operators for a Water, Power, and Desalination Plant located in Al Jubail. This opportunity is open to freelancers based in Al Jubail or Dammam, with prior experience specifically in water and power plant operations within Saudi Arabia. The contract duration is six months.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities will include monitoring and operating control systems, performing routine field checks, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with plant teams to maintain optimal plant performance.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in control room operations and fieldwork at water, power, or desalination plants
• Strong understanding of power plant processes and safety procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot and respond effectively to operational issues
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset

Requirements

• Saudi nationality is mandatory
• Relevant experience in Saudi Arabia’s water and power sector
• Availability for a 6-month contract based in Al Jubail
