Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in residential construction to join our team in Dubai. This full-time position requires hands-on supervision experience in the UAE market, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee residential construction sites, coordinating civil and MEP activities to maintain project quality and timelines. Maintaining adherence to Dubai Municipality and Trakhees approvals throughout the project phases is critical. Responsibilities also include managing inspections, securing necessary approvals, supervising quality control measures, and tracking overall project progress to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in UAE residential construction
• Valid Dubai Municipality Engineer Card (Grade G+1)
• Trakhees approval certification
• Knowledge of MEP systems and ability to interpret shop drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for project documentation and coordination
