We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh. This role focuses on promoting and selling industrial safety equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), and workwear across designated territories. The successful candidate will help expand our customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, representing leading global safety brands in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include developing new business opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. You will be expected to travel within the assigned regions to provide hands-on support and product demonstrations, while also keeping up to date with market trends and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma is preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in safety equipment, PPE, or industrial sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi industrial market and relevant safety standards
  • Customer-centric approach with a proven ability to close sales
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, capable of working independently in the field

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid Iqama and Saudi driving license
  • Own vehicle is preferred
  • Transferable Iqama (for non-Saudi applicants)
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories regularly
