Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator with proven experience in the signage industry to join a reputable company in Bahrain. This role requires coordination across multiple aspects of signage projects, from client meetings to site supervision, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Meeting with clients to understand project specifications and requirements
• Taking precise site measurements to aid in accurate project planning
• Preparing detailed quotations tailored to client needs
• Collaborating effectively with suppliers and the in-house production team
• Managing project schedules and material inventories to meet deadlines
• Overseeing site execution and maintaining quality control throughout installation
• Coordinating communications between clients, vendors, and installation crews until project completion

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience within the signage industry is essential
• Possession of a valid Bahraini driving license
• Strong command of both spoken and written English
• In-depth knowledge of signage materials, fabrication techniques, and installation processes
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from BD 300 to BD 350, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
