Key Responsibilities

• Execute rigging and de-rigging operations, ensuring all equipment is handled correctly and safely.
• Coordinate with crane operators, lifting teams, and supervisors to facilitate smooth load handling and lifting activities.
• Inspect rigging gear and equipment regularly to identify any defects or maintenance needs.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and international safety guidelines at all times.
• Contribute to a safe working environment by following proper protocols and encouraging team adherence to safety measures.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 9 years of professional experience as a rigger, demonstrating expertise in diverse rigging tasks.
• Proven ability to work effectively in team settings involving crane operators and supervisors.
