Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Indoor Saleswoman to join our team immediately. This role involves engaging directly with walk-in customers and providing excellent sales service within a retail environment. The position is full-time with flexible hours to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and interact professionally with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain a welcoming sales floor environment and promote a positive customer experience.
• Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adapt to flexible working hours between 10 am and 10 pm, including weekend shifts and variable weekly offs.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an indoor sales or retail customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact comfortably with diverse customers.
• Ability to work flexibly according to shift schedules and maintain professionalism during peak hours.

• Working Hours: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm (flexible shifts)
