Job Overview

We are currently looking to expand our culinary team in Dammam with skilled and dedicated kitchen professionals specializing in Indian cuisine, Arabic grilling, and Chinese cooking. This is an excellent opportunity for chefs who are passionate about delivering authentic flavors and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

1. Hot Kitchen Cook (Indian Cuisine)
Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes. This role involves expertly handling tandoor cooking, creating rich curries, and managing hot kitchen stations. A thorough knowledge of authentic spices, slow-cooking methods, and heritage recipes is essential.

2. Grill Cook
Responsible for marinating, prepping, and grilling proteins to precise temperatures, specializing in Arabic-style grills, tikka, kebabs, and other regional specialties.

3. Chinese Chef
Manage the wok station with expertise in preparing stir-fries, noodles, fried rice, and crafting signature sauces from scratch.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years proven experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen setting.
• Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene standards; knowledge of HACCP is a significant advantage.
• Ability to maintain consistency and quality while working efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Transferable Iqama is preferred.
