Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Training Events Coordinator to join a prestigious equestrian club in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing daily riding lessons and supporting the organization of various training activities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing lesson schedules, handling client bookings and registrations, and ensuring smooth communication among riders, parents, and coaches. Providing excellent customer service and administrative support is a core part of the role, along with assisting in organizing training events.

• Coordinate daily riding lessons and maintain schedules
• Manage client bookings, registrations, and respond to inquiries
• Facilitate communication between riders, parents, and coaching staff
• Keep accurate records of lesson bookings and attendance
• Support the execution of training activities and special events

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organizational abilities and good communication skills in both English and Arabic. Experience in customer service, administration, or event coordination is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software is also required. An interest or background in the equestrian field is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Passion for or experience in the equestrian industry is a plus

Employment Details and Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of SAR 3,000 to SAR 4,000. The employer provides medical insurance coverage and an annual flight ticket. Accommodation is not included as part of the employment package.
