Suiteable Holiday Homes is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator to support our expanding team in Dubai. This full-time, office-based role requires a proactive individual skilled in coordinating tasks efficiently within a fast-paced property-related environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for managing the onboarding process smoothly and effectively. This involves coordinating multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring clear communication between departments. The role demands strong organizational skills to handle varying tasks simultaneously and maintain a high level of accuracy throughout.

• Proven experience in holiday homes, property management, interior design, or a related field.

Work Schedule and Location

This position is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires working six days per week in an office environment. Commitment and reliability are essential to support our team’s ongoing operational needs.
