Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead purchasing operations for facility management and real estate projects in Dubai. This role involves managing procurement activities for building materials, maintenance services, and supplier contracts with a focus on cost-efficiency, compliance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Manager will oversee sourcing and purchasing of materials and services related to MEP, HVAC, cleaning, and general maintenance. You will manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with various suppliers and service providers, ensuring the best value through effective negotiation and market insight. Responsibilities also include preparing purchase orders, evaluating supplier quotations, maintaining accurate vendor records, and collaborating with project, maintenance, and finance teams to meet deadlines and material requirements. Monitoring inventory levels and supplier performance are also key aspects of this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have proven experience as a Procurement Manager within the Facility Management or Real Estate sectors, with hands-on knowledge of the UAE market. Strong negotiation abilities, excellent communication, and vendor relationship management skills are crucial. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and familiar with ERP systems for procurement operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
