Job Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Head to join our team in Dubai. This leadership role requires a minimum of nine years in human resources, with at least five years spent in senior or head positions. The successful candidate will initially work remotely during the probation period and visa processing, transitioning to onsite work at our Dubai location.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives alongside operational management.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and ensure full compliance with labor regulations.
• Oversee talent management, including employee development, retention, and succession planning.
• Foster a positive work culture and handle employee relations effectively.
• Utilize HR analytics and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes to attract top talent.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR activities and serve as a liaison with external partners and vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a female professional from India, comfortable with relocating to Dubai. She should have a strong background in HR leadership with proven expertise in handling diverse HR functions and leading teams.

Work Environment

The role requires working six days a week, from Monday to Saturday. The first two to three months will involve remote work during the probation period and visa processing, after which onsite presence in Dubai is expected.
