We are seeking an experienced female Receptionist and Document Controller to join a reputable interior fit-out company in Dubai. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with managing important project documents efficiently. The successful candidate will handle reception duties while ensuring organized document control in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception desk and greet clients and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Organize, update, and maintain project documentation and records accurately.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure document flow is smooth and compliant.
- Use document management systems and MS Office applications to facilitate daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Female candidates with proven experience in the interior fit-out industry.
- Solid background in reception duties combined with document control responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and team members.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with document management software.
- Ability to start immediately is preferred.
Compensation and Work Environment
