Job Overview

Erth Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join their team. This role focuses on analyzing and verifying financial transactions during overnight shifts while ensuring smooth hotel operations and excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in transaction records.
• Reconcile credit card transactions and monitor cash flow.
• Conduct audits for restaurant and night shift processes.
• Investigate and address out-of-balance accounts promptly.
• Verify all financial entries and reconcile accounts daily.
• Assist with guest check-ins, respond to phone inquiries, and handle reservations.
• Address guest complaints, requests, and emergency situations professionally.
• Process invoices, post vendor payments, and distribute employee checks as needed.
• Balance the cash drawer and accurately log daily receipts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce or MBA degree specializing in accounting or finance.
• Familiarity with hotel operations, especially night audit processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reconciliation, and cash handling procedures.
• Willingness and availability to work overnight shifts.
