Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Temporary IT Support Specialist to cover a leave vacancy for approximately 50 days. This role involves providing comprehensive IT assistance, focusing on troubleshooting, user support, and maintaining essential technology systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will handle a variety of technical duties including:

• Providing IT support and resolving technical issues promptly
• Assisting end-users with software and hardware inquiries
• Installing and repairing printers to ensure smooth operation
• Supporting basic networking tasks to keep systems connected
• Maintaining and troubleshooting CCTV equipment as needed
• Performing data backup and recovery tasks to safeguard information

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Point of Sale (POS) systems is highly advantageous and will be considered a valuable asset for this position.

• Availability to start within two weeks

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from BD 250 to BD 300, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
