Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Kuwait. This role offers both full-time and part-time employment options and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources. The HR Officer will play a vital role in managing key HR functions that contribute to the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, overseeing onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, the HR Officer will coordinate performance management activities, including tracking KPIs and facilitating employee appraisals. Supporting employee training programs, driving engagement initiatives, and fostering staff development are also crucial parts of this role. Managing attendance, leave processes, and other HR documentation falls within the scope of duties, alongside ensuring strict compliance with Kuwait Labor Law and internal company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of practical HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Sound understanding of Kuwait Labor Law
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are advantageous
