WI HR CONSULTANT is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a top-tier Garments, Denim, and Textile company based in Karachi. This leadership role demands a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in the textile industry and a proven track record of excellence in financial management.

Key Responsibilities

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, managing budgets, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role includes driving financial planning, risk management, and collaborating with other executive leaders to support business growth.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience specifically in the Garments, Denim, or Textile sectors
• Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and best practices within the industry
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Proven leadership skills and the capacity to manage large teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 500,000 to 700,000, accompanied by additional benefits reflective of the candidate’s expertise and industry standards.
