AMPSPILLAR Contracting LLC is actively seeking skilled Civil Engineers specializing in Structural and Architectural disciplines, as well as Civil Structural Supervisors to join their expanding team in Dubai. These roles are integral to delivering high-quality construction projects across the UAE, with a focus on structural integrity and architectural precision.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be responsible for managing site operations efficiently and ensuring all work aligns with project specifications. Key tasks include thorough and 100% accurate reviews of drawing studies, quantity take-offs, and meticulous measurement verification. Maintaining effective communication, both with clients and team members, is essential to uphold professionalism and trust throughout each project phase.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in site management within the construction sector
• Strong ability to study and interpret structural and architectural drawings with precision
• Competence in quantity take-offs and measurement checks
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and revisions
• Effective use of Microsoft Office tools and professional email communication skills
• Excellent client-handling skills paired with a courteous and trustworthy demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on G+3 level building projects
• Possession of a Dubai Municipality (DM) Structural License is highly advantageous
