We are seeking a dedicated Travel Operations and Sales Coordinator fluent in both Arabic and English to join our team in Riyadh. This role combines managing comprehensive travel arrangements with driving sales initiatives to support business growth. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless travel service delivery, foster strong client relationships, and actively contribute to meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Operations:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel bookings including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tour packages.
  • Ensure travel plans are accurate, cost-efficient, and tailored to meet client needs.
  • Communicate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to confirm reservations and promptly resolve any issues.
  • Track bookings, cancellations, and changes to guarantee smooth execution of travel itineraries.
  • Maintain organized records of bookings, invoices, and travel documents.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing timely solutions.
  • Comply with company policies and industry standards to maintain service quality.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Market and sell travel packages, services, and products to potential and existing clients.
  • Identify prospective business opportunities and generate leads through networking and direct outreach.
  • Develop and present customized travel proposals, quotations, and itineraries that align with client preferences.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both corporate and individual customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Support marketing efforts to promote travel offerings effectively.

Requirements and Skills

  • Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in travel operations and/or sales.
  • Proficient knowledge of travel booking systems, preferably GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Sabre.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
