A well-established company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Operations Officer to support both sales and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in security services, manpower supply, and cleaning and housekeeping operations. This role demands strong coordination skills and an ability to manage site operations while nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring smooth workflow and client satisfaction
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to meet service delivery standards
- Manage sales follow-ups to maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Support manpower supply and housekeeping service management effectively
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and regulations on site
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Bahrain, preferably within security, manpower supply, or housekeeping sectors
- Strong understanding of site operations and client coordination
- Effective communication abilities and aptitude for multitasking
- Valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory
- Experience handling sales-related activities and operational management
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with comprehensive local market knowledge and a proven track record of managing ongoing client accounts will be highly preferred.
