Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Foreman to oversee mechanical operations on construction sites in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in managing HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and mechanical equipment installation. This role involves supervising teams, ensuring adherence to project standards, and driving the successful completion of mechanical tasks within set deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Foreman will be responsible for coordinating all mechanical activities on site. This includes supervising technicians, skilled laborers, and subcontractors to deliver quality workmanship in line with approved drawings and specifications. You will ensure compliance with safety protocols, monitor productivity and material usage, and liaise closely with engineers, consultants, and project managers to facilitate smooth workflow. Maintaining accurate daily progress reports and documentation is also essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing and drainage, firefighting installations, pumps, and other mechanical equipment
• Proven ability to lead and manage diverse mechanical teams and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of Saudi standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Transferable Iqama is preferred but not mandatory
• Immediate availability is an asset
