Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled female waitress with basic barista experience to join a reputable restaurant and coffee shop located in Juffair. This is a full-time position offering an 8-hour shift and a competitive monthly salary of BD 220. Candidates must hold a flexible visa to be considered for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy dining and coffee shop environment
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with established standards
• Take and process customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Assist with stock management and ensure supplies are replenished as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience as a waitress, ideally with some barista training or knowledge
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Good communication skills in English
• Possession of a flexible visa allowing full-time employment in Bahrain
