Job Overview

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill two urgent vacancies in Bahrain: an Accountant or Senior Accountant and a Sales Coordinator. These roles are essential to support our financial operations and sales activities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Accountant / Senior Accountant:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all accounting records.

Sales Coordinator:

  • Support the sales team by managing client communications and processing orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate between sales and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare reports on sales performance and trends.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and preparing sales presentations.

Required Skills

  • For Accountant roles: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency with accounting software.
