Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Automotive Mechanic cum Floor Supervisor to manage workshop operations efficiently while carrying out expert vehicle repairs. This full-time position involves hands-on maintenance tasks combined with supervising a team of mechanics to ensure smooth and timely workflow on the workshop floor.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing various vehicle systems including mechanical and electrical components. Overseeing the workshop floor, you will allocate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and ensure all jobs meet quality and safety standards. Managing inventory, tools, and maintaining cleanliness in the workshop will also fall under your duties.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive mechanic, with comprehensive knowledge of modern vehicle systems
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to effectively manage and guide workshop staff
• Ability to maintain high safety and quality standards throughout all operations
• A valid driving license
