Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator with a solid background in joinery to lead and manage custom joinery projects. The ideal candidate will oversee each phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage joinery projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they meet schedule and financial targets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, designers, architects, suppliers, and on-site teams to facilitate clear communication and smooth workflows.
• Prepare detailed project schedules, manage material procurement, and oversee production timelines for efficient progress.
• Collaborate closely with factory and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Monitor ongoing project status, troubleshoot challenges, and provide regular progress updates to all stakeholders.
• Ensure that all work complies with quality benchmarks, project specifications, and safety regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and records for future reference and audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience coordinating projects within the joinery, woodworking, or fit-out industries.
• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes, production workflows, and site installation requirements.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work with joinery drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication skills to interact professionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools for scheduling and reporting.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
