Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager specializing in Hard Services to join our facilities management team. This role focuses on managing operations in high-rise buildings, ensuring the smooth functioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across various commercial properties including malls and large-scale developments.
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations related to hard services. This includes managing maintenance teams, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that all safety and preventive maintenance procedures are strictly followed. The role demands effective communication and reporting abilities to ensure seamless collaboration with property management and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing hard services for high-rise buildings, preferably those exceeding 30 floors.
- Background in managing facilities within commercial projects, malls, or property management sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance processes.
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple technical teams.
- Excellent reporting, organizational, and communication capabilities.
Compensation
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 550 to 600 Bahraini Dinars.
