Civil Engineer (Structural & Architectural Experience)

This role involves managing daily site operations, thoroughly reviewing drawings, and coordinating with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural and architectural design, alongside site management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site management and daily coordination tasks
• Conduct precise drawing analysis, quantity take-offs, and measurement verification
• Review both structural and architectural plans carefully
• Maintain active communication and coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Ensure project adherence to quality, safety standards, and deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in structural and architectural aspects of civil engineering
• Hands-on site management experience
• Strong skills in drawing study, quantity take-off, and measurement checking
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (at least basic level)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and effective email communication
• Professional, polite, and trustworthy attitude to represent the company effectively

Additional Advantages

Experience working on G+3 projects and holding a Dubai Municipality (DM) structural license is a plus.

Civil Structural Supervisor

This position focuses on supervising construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and standards. The supervisor will lead site teams and coordinate closely with engineers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily site activities
• Ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and schedule requirements
• Maintain quality and safety compliance on site
• Coordinate with engineers, workforce, and subcontractors
• Provide daily progress reports and highlight any site issues to management

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience as a Structural Supervisor in building projects
• Good understanding of RCC works and site best practices
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings accurately
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email correspondence

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience handling G+3 projects and possessing a Dubai Municipality structural license are preferred.
