Key Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will support various human resources functions, including maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring effective communication across departments. Administrative duties such as scheduling interviews and preparing reports will also be part of the daily tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• One to three years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably with UAE work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with discretion.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
