Job Overview

We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Purchase Assistant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in hospital and healthcare procurement. This role focuses on managing the procurement process, inventory control, and supplier coordination to guarantee the seamless availability of critical medical supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play an essential role in supporting procurement activities within hospital settings. Responsibilities include sourcing and purchasing medical supplies, maintaining accurate inventory records, liaising with vendors to ensure timely deliveries, and facilitating smooth communication between suppliers and internal departments.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in hospital purchasing or procurement, with a strong understanding of healthcare supply needs.
• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Commerce or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management and procurement systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and effective communication abilities to coordinate with suppliers and healthcare teams.
• Experience handling medical supplies and operating theatre (OT) inventory will be considered an advantage.
