M.H. Enterprises L.L.C is seeking a diligent and experienced E-Commerce Finance Executive to strengthen our finance team. This role demands expertise in managing financial aspects related to e-commerce operations, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations, and supporting accurate financial reconciliation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will handle various critical functions including generating tax invoices in line with UAE VAT standards, reconciling sales and payment data across e-commerce platforms and internal records, and managing transactions through the company’s PAF system. Timely processing and approval of financial documents such as invoices and credit/debit notes are essential. The role also involves resolving pricing or payment discrepancies, coordinating with cross-functional teams including finance, logistics, and sales, and preparing detailed reconciliation reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Additionally, monitoring receivables and following up on outstanding payments and claims will be critical. Supporting brand-wise profitability tracking and ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements are key facets of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a relevant discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary to effectively manage and analyze financial data. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are important to succeed in this dynamic role.
