Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil QA/QC Manager to join a leading project in Riyadh. This hands-on role requires a proactive professional with extensive knowledge of construction quality assurance and control processes. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and bring over 15 years of industry experience, including a minimum of five years managing QA/QC teams.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, the Civil QA/QC Manager will oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems across civil construction projects. Responsibilities include conducting regular quality audits, ensuring compliance with international standards, managing inspection teams, and coordinating corrective actions to uphold project specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) certification
• Minimum 15 years of civil engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a QA/QC managerial role
• Certified ISO Lead Auditor (IRCA) with strong auditing capabilities
• Proven expertise in construction quality management systems and standards
