Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant with a solid background in accounting to join our team in Bahrain. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, able to multitask, and possess hands-on experience with accounting software and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will handle various daily administrative duties while supporting the accounting department. Your tasks will include preparing and maintaining accurate accounting records, processing invoices, receipts, and payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring thorough documentation and reporting. Coordination with suppliers and customers to facilitate smooth operations will also be part of your responsibilities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP or Tally Prime software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage invoices, purchase orders, data entry, and filing accurately
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
