Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network and IPTV Engineer to join our System Integration team based in Riyadh. This role involves the installation, configuration, commissioning, migration, and troubleshooting of enterprise-level network and IPTV solutions across multiple hospitality and enterprise clients. This is a hands-on technical role focused on field deployment and integration for diverse customers rather than internal IT support or monitoring positions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take charge of deploying and supporting network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki, Aruba, and Fortinet technologies. Responsibilities include:

• Installing, configuring, and commissioning enterprise networks and IPTV systems
• Deploying Cisco Meraki, Aruba switching and wireless networks, and Fortinet firewalls
• Troubleshooting network and IPTV solutions with root cause analysis
• Conducting customer acceptance testing and managing project handovers
• Creating detailed technical documentation and as-built drawings
• Coordinating with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Supporting infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system refresh projects

Required Skills and Experience

This position demands extensive hands-on knowledge and practical experience, including:

• Proven skills in enterprise network installation and commissioning
• Expertise in Cisco Meraki infrastructure setup and management
• Strong background in Aruba wireless and switching deployment
• Fortinet firewall configuration, including VPNs, routing, NAT, security policies, and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of VLANs, DHCP, DNS, STP, routing protocols, QoS, multicast, and enterprise-grade Wi-Fi
• Hands-on IPTV deployment, setup, and troubleshooting experience
• Experience preparing technical reports and customer-focused documentation

Preferred Background

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in network system integrators, technical solution providers, managed service providers (MSPs), or ICT infrastructure firms. The role is ideal for engineers comfortable managing multiple projects across various client environments rather than maintaining a single organization’s network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of direct field experience implementing and deploying complex network solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for technical documentation and client interaction
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as necessary
