We are a leading steel fabrication company based in Kuwait, recognized for delivering high-quality custom steel products and innovative solutions. We are currently looking for a motivated Marketing and Sales Engineer to join our team full-time. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our business growth by expanding our client base and increasing market share within the steel fabrication sector.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and marketing efforts. Your duties will include identifying potential clients across diverse industries like construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure. You will design and execute targeted marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and promote our steel fabrication services.

Additional responsibilities involve conducting market research to discover emerging industry trends and new business opportunities. Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential clients, stakeholders, and partners is crucial. Collaboration with production and technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs will also be part of your role.

You will prepare and present proposals, bids, and presentations, while managing customer databases and tracking business development activities. Achieving and surpassing sales targets is essential to help drive the company’s continued success. A solid understanding of cost estimation in steel fabrication is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the steel fabrication or construction industries, especially in Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of steel products, fabrication processes, and cost estimation techniques.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
• Proven success in lead generation and closing sales deals.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software tools.
