Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Telecom Technicians with hands-on experience in Nokia telecom projects to join our team for long-term assignments across Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals who have a solid technical background and are ready to contribute to large-scale telecom deployments and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Telecom Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting telecom sites. Your primary duties will include the installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of RRUs, BBUs, antennas, feeders, jumpers, and other RF accessories. You will also assist with integration support and fault rectification to ensure network performance meets required standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least three years of practical experience as a Telecom Technician.
• Expertise in telecom site installation, integration, and maintenance work.
• Proficient with 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G network deployment technologies.
• Familiarity with antenna alignment techniques, RET systems, and VSWR/PIM testing methods is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for alarm rectification and site fault issues.
• Knowledge of Nokia installation standards, quality assurance processes, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Additional Requirements

Holding a valid safety certification is preferred. Candidates with expired certifications will be offered training to renew them, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Immediate availability to join ongoing projects is highly desirable.
