Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced subcontractors specializing in block work to join a major villa construction project in Riyadh. The project involves completing block work for approximately 300 villas, each requiring about 320 square meters of block installation. This is an excellent opportunity for contractors interested in working on a large-scale residential development.

Key Responsibilities

The main duty will be to efficiently and accurately complete the block work for each villa as per the project requirements. Subcontractors are expected to maintain high-quality standards throughout the work to ensure durability and compliance with building codes.

Compensation and Benefits

The rate offered for block work is 12 Saudi Riyals per square meter. In addition to competitive compensation, the company will provide accommodations within the company camp, along with transportation services to and from the work site, ensuring a smooth and comfortable working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in block work, preferably on large residential projects
• Ability to manage and complete high volumes of block installation efficiently
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh and stay in provided company housing
• Commitment to following safety and quality standards on site
