We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Contract Manager to oversee contract administration for construction and infrastructure projects based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This key position involves managing all aspects of contract negotiation, compliance, and execution within a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

As the Lead Contract Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing contractual arrangements to ensure smooth project delivery. Your duties will include negotiating contract terms, managing risks, and liaising with stakeholders to resolve disputes effectively. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring that projects adhere to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management, preferably within construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in contract frameworks such as FIDIC is preferred.
• Experience working on public-private partnership (PPP) projects is advantageous.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills focused on contractual documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and contract management software.
