Key Responsibilities

The HR Recruitment Assistant will play a crucial role in streamlining hiring processes and supporting overall HR operations. Key duties include coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate records to ensure a smooth recruitment flow. The position also involves screening applications to shortlist qualified candidates and managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate documentation. Additionally, providing administrative support to the HR team will be an important part of the daily responsibilities.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess prior experience in HR or recruitment, with a good understanding of recruitment workflows. Familiarity with ATS software and proficiency in MS Office applications are essential for success in this role. Strong communication and organizational abilities are key to managing multiple tasks efficiently.
