Job Overview

We are seeking four Junior KYC Analysts to join a reputable organization based in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant KYC experience who are either currently residing in the UAE or prepared to relocate immediately.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior KYC Analyst will assist in conducting thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and monitoring client data to ensure compliance with banking regulations and AML policies. You will collaborate with senior compliance teams to verify customer information, identify potential risks, and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in KYC and AML processes.
• Experience within GCC banking environments is highly preferred.
• Alternatively, strong international KYC experience that aligns with GCC regulatory standards is also welcomed.
• Good understanding of compliance procedures and risk management related to customer due diligence.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision in a fast-paced setting.

Additional Information

This is a junior-level role offering a fixed salary budget. Therefore, candidates with senior or extensive experience may not be suitable for this position. The role requires immediate availability to join after selection.
