Key Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in communicating with customers to understand their vehicle maintenance requirements. Your responsibilities will include promoting service packages, managing repair and maintenance sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular updates on job progress. Coordination with the workshop team is essential to maintaining smooth operations and accurate information flow.

Required Skills

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Experience in sales, particularly related to automotive services or similar sectors
• Ability to follow up with customers and enhance customer retention
• Efficient coordination with workshop personnel to ensure timely service delivery
• Good interpersonal skills to maintain positive client relationships

Requirements

This position is open to Filipino nationals who are motivated and ready to contribute to a dynamic team environment. Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive service industry will be an advantage.
