Job Overview

SIASE Company is looking for a motivated and skilled Site Civil Engineer to join their team in Bahrain. This role involves overseeing all site operations to ensure construction projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site.
• Ensure work aligns with approved drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and project specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Compile and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Up to 2 years of site experience in civil engineering or related construction fields.
• Sound understanding of construction procedures and site management.
• Ability to manage manpower and material resources efficiently.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

Work Location and Interview Details

The position is based in Manama, Bahrain, at Tubil, Flat 14, Building 781A, Road 123, Block 701.

Walk-in interviews are held from Saturday to Thursday between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
