Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operations and Sales Supervisor to join a reputable wholesale company based in Mahajar, Jeddah. This role involves overseeing field sales activities and ensuring smooth operational processes. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply, with a preference given to Yemeni nationals.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the field sales team, coordinating daily sales and operational tasks, and monitoring the maintenance and use of company vehicles. Ensuring efficient field operations and preparing detailed reports to support management decisions are also essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing both sales and operational teams
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities
• Valid Saudi driving license and possession of a personal vehicle
• Professional work ethic with the ability to maintain team performance and operational efficiency
