Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled machinist with a strong background in operating a variety of machine tools. This permanent position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is ideal for candidates who have completed a Diploma or Trade Certificate from a vocational training institute, accompanied by full apprenticeship training. The role demands hands-on experience with different machines and the ability to fabricate, repair, and assemble mechanical parts in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machine tools such as shapers, guiders, drill presses, milling machines, and lathe machines. Key tasks include assembling and disassembling equipment, replacing worn or damaged parts, and fabricating components like shafts, bearings, pulleys, couplings, gears, and valve seats. The machinist must also read and interpret technical drawings and specifications in order to meet production requirements and tolerances.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Trade Certificate from a recognized vocational training unit with completed apprenticeship training.
• Proficient in operating a wide range of machine tools including lathe machines, milling machines, drill presses, and shapers.
• Ability to fabricate, repair, and replace mechanical parts accurately.
• Experienced in reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
