Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated Filipino nationals to join our team as Bartenders and Beverage Attendants (Tea Boy and Tea Girl) in a private villa located in Janub Surra, Kuwait. These positions involve managing the villa’s beverage service, ensuring a high standard of hospitality for the owner, family members, and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining and operating the villa’s beverage bar. This includes preparing and serving a variety of beverages such as tea, specialty coffees, fresh juices, and mocktails. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, monitoring and replenishing stock, and consistently delivering excellent customer service are essential duties. Professionalism, hygiene, and presentation must be upheld at all times.

Requirements

Applicants must be Filipino nationals with prior experience in roles such as Bartender, Barista, or Beverage Attendant preferred. Candidates should be well-groomed, polite, and able to handle confidential environments with discretion. Strong communication skills and a calm, trustworthy demeanor are important for success in this role. Willingness to work within a private villa setting is also required.

Employment Details

The positions involve an 8-hour workday with one day off per week. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. The workplace is located in Janub Surra, Kuwait.
