We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic female barista to join our cafe team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience and a passion for creating quality beverages, including boba and bubble tea, as well as preparing light snacks and desserts to delight our customers. This role offers an opportunity to contribute actively by introducing new drink and snack ideas that enhance our menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for brewing a variety of coffee and tea drinks with precision and care, including specialty bubble tea beverages. Additionally, preparing small sandwiches, snacks, and desserts as per recipe standards will be part of the daily duties. You will also be expected to stay updated on emerging trends in the cafe industry and suggest innovative items that keep the menu fresh and appealing.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working as a barista or holding a relevant professional qualification.
• Proficiency in preparing boba/bubble tea drinks or related beverages.
• Ability to make small snacks, sandwiches, and simple desserts efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude toward improving the menu and service quality.
