Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties include greeting clients professionally, managing and scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate customer records, and handling multiple channels of communication including phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries. Following up with clients to guarantee satisfaction and coordinating with other departments will also be essential parts of the job.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have a minimum of three years’ experience in reception, customer service, or call center roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, booking systems, CRM software, and digital communication platforms is required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, along with excellent communication abilities. Candidates with prior experience in laser clinics, beauty centers, aesthetic clinics, or medical facilities will be given preference.
