We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager specialized in IT tools implementation to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years experience in managing complex IT projects, particularly focused on toolset implementation within matrix organizations. This role demands strong technical expertise and excellent leadership abilities to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT tool implementations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resources, ensuring adherence to project standards, and reporting progress to stakeholders. Your role also involves facilitating communication across departments to align project goals and resolve any issues promptly.

Required Skills

• Extensive technical knowledge of IT tools and automation concepts
• Expertise in project management methodologies and toolset implementation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document and report project status clearly
• Experience working effectively within a matrix organizational structure

Qualifications

Candidates must have at least 15 years of demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure project management. Experience specifically involving toolset implementation projects is mandatory. Professional certification such as PMP is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
