A reputable contracting and construction company in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive growth across construction, engineering, telecommunications, and infrastructure projects. This full-time role focuses on uncovering new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, and successfully negotiating contracts to expand the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms to secure profitable contracts.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution after contract closure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Three to five years of proven experience in business development or sales.
• Demonstrable success in winning and closing contracts in relevant industries.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Background in construction, contracting, engineering, or telecommunications is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
