A prominent company in the Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking a skilled HR Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working within Bahraini HR regulations and a proven ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently. This role necessitates strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Executive will play an integral role in managing various human resources operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, and compliance with governmental regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding sessions and ensuring all required documentation is completed, maintaining current and accurate employee records, and updating job descriptions.
The role also oversees HR databases with an emphasis on data accuracy and confidentiality, processes employment status changes such as promotions and terminations, and handles all visa-related processes. This includes managing visa applications, payments, and registrations with government entities like the Social Insurance Organization (SIO) and the Labor Market Authority (LMRA).
Additional duties include timely preparation of documents for visas, residence permits, CPR, and liaising with the Ministry of Labor. The HR Executive will manage payroll processing ensuring timely submission of timesheets and related data, oversee employee benefits programs such as health insurance and leave management, and act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Supporting the HR department administratively, including scheduling meetings and preparing necessary documentation, is also part of the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in government relations or HR within Bahrain.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient English language skills and solid computer literacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High integrity and strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
