Job Overview

We are currently expanding our team and seeking skilled Pizza Bakers to join multiple branches across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for creating high-quality pizzas and a solid background in pizza preparation and baking.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing pizzas using supplied dough, applying toppings, baking pizzas to perfection, and ensuring the final product meets our quality standards. A strong understanding of dough handling and fermentation techniques is essential even though dough is provided by our factory. Candidates will undergo a practical test to demonstrate their expertise in preparation, baking, and finishing.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Pizza Baker or in a similar culinary role.
• In-depth knowledge of pizza dough preparation and fermentation processes.
• Proficiency in preparing, topping, and baking pizzas with consistent quality.
• Ability to pass a practical assessment regarding pizza crafting techniques.
• Valid Iqama with transferable sponsorship (Transferable Kafala) to work in Saudi Arabia.
